CoRiMa© stores all contracts and any revised and updated versions. It prioritises your documents indicating the relevancy of each paragraph, document or contract and the amount of negotiating that has to be done. All aspects of a contract are shown in graphs and tables to highlight and point out any grey areas and risks. Each document comes with an evaluation form and evaluation report. On top of that, CoRiMa© presents a general overview of your contracts by means of a CER (Contract Evaluation Report) summarizing the main issues.
