Our design tasks related to foundation structures comprise both geotechnical design and structural design. Geotechnical engineers make a careful study of the terrain-structure interaction while structural designers create construction drawings based upon the needs of the project. The former are  concerned with underground structures while the latter mainly focus on above ground structures. Together they take care of everything related to the carrying capacity of the structures.
 

We use a powerful BIM planning tool that supports the entire planning process. The software’s particular strength lies in the three-dimensional general arrangement and reinforcement design. The building construction is carried out in advance, so that discrepancies and conflicts are already visible in the planning phase. Possible implementation problems are detected before they arise.  The actual construction period is shortened considerably, execution errors are avoided with enhanced building quality and lower construction costs as a result.

Our engineers have a very thorough knowledge of materials and their properties and a clear understanding of how different materials support and resist loads. Over the years they have also accumulated experience in the structural use of particular materials for highly complex solutions.
