Virtual modelling shows how all components of a design they work together perfecting the structural efficiency  and  improveing the accuracy, precision and control in drafting and designing. As far as project viability and sustainability are concerned, we can overlay critical factors such as cost and time to gain a better understanding of the implications of our choices (form, materials …).

GIASIL uses BIM technology so to improve the project constructability.  A strong control on design allow GIASIL to avoid clashes among parts, prefabrication, transportation and erection issues.  GIASIL has set its 3D BIM system so to have accurate information on  location, dimentions, specifications etc. of each component in the entire structure so to ensure that all pieces will assemble correctly and according to plan. As a result of clash detection, any issues with fit-up will be spotted prior to the fabrication of components. 3D modelling thus enables Giasil to detect and avoid critical interferences among parts, reducing rework and obtaining a more predictable outcome.
